Sara Garas
Woven Anew Founder & CEO
From the corporate boardrooms of Procter & Gamble to the heart of St. Petersburg, Sara Garas has spent her career building platforms that empower women. A native of Alexandria, Egypt, Sara overcame a childhood of crisis through the power of faith and mentorship. Today, she leverages her background in global strategy and scaling to lead Woven Anew, ensuring every young woman overcoming trauma has the professional tools and personal foundation needed to thrive.

Tracey Russell

Tracey Russell is an author, speaker, and trauma-informed coach passionate about helping individuals move from brokenness to hope. She is the author of Hope for Your Next Chapter: 30 Whispers of Grace, which touched hundreds of readers upon its release. Tracey brings deep insight into emotional healing, identity formation, and message development, helping shape the heart behind Woven Anew’s curriculum and communication.

Tami Kent

Tami Kent is the founder of No More Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated for more than 15 years to addressing urgent issues surrounding poverty, foster care, and human trafficking. Her extensive experience serving vulnerable populations and building strategic partnerships has been instrumental in helping Woven Anew connect with the right organizations and effectively reach young women in need throughout the community.

Maria Loder

Maria Loder is the owner and CFO of the Crabby Bill’s Family Restaurants and serves in leadership with the Crabby for a Cause Foundation. With decades of business and financial expertise, Maria brings invaluable guidance to Woven Anew in financial stewardship, operational wisdom, and long-term sustainability. Deeply invested in the mission, she helps ensure the organization remains strong, healthy, and positioned for lasting impact.

Kathy Ambrosino, MSW

Kathy Ambrosino brings more than 18 years of experience in social work, youth services, and school-based support systems. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and specialized expertise in youth well-being, Kathy provides valuable insight into the challenges facing today’s young women. Her guidance helps Woven Anew remain intentional, informed, and focused on creating long-term, sustainable impact in the lives of those served.

Donna Cothron

Donna Cothron brings a lifetime of leadership, community involvement, and nonprofit service to Woven Anew. She has served on the board of St. Anthony’s Foundation and held leadership roles with numerous organizations, including serving as President of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg. Donna’s wisdom, connections, and unwavering dedication to community impact make her a powerful advocate for the mission and future of Woven Anew.

Dr. Ginger Urbaniak

Dr. Ginger Urbaniak is a physician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a passion for empowering women to discover their gifts and thrive in every area of life. As the owner of two thriving medical practices and a supporter of nursing scholarships and community initiatives, Dr. Urbaniak brings strong leadership, business acumen, and a heart for mentorship. Her expertise is a tremendous asset to the operational growth and vision of Woven Anew.
